The traditional values of Buddhism are nonmaterial: wisdom, kindness, generosity–to name just a few. According to the Buddha’s teaching, cultivating these nonmaterial values brings us back to a natural state of peace and harmony.
Meditation practices and daily application give us the opportunity to cultivate these values and share them with others. It is also possible to take part in these beneficial activities by contributing to their realisation in various ways, according to our wishes and means.
