The traditional values of Buddhism are nonmaterial: wisdom, kindness, generosity\u2013to name just a few. According to the Buddha\u2019s teaching, cultivating these nonmaterial values<\/strong> brings us back to a natural state of peace and harmony.<\/p>\n

Meditation practices and daily application give us the opportunity to cultivate these values and share them with others. It is also possible to take part in these beneficial activities<\/strong> by contributing to their realisation in various ways, according to our wishes and means.<\/p>\n
